Free State Firearms, LLC and all subsequent online properties and websites complies with all KNOWN local, state, and federal laws with respect to the sale of firearms.
SHIPIING. Shipping charges will be applied at a later date after confirmation of a valid FFL Transferee is completed by Free State Firearms, LLC .
MULTIPLE PURCHASES. Any household wishing to purchase multiple Sentry firearms must contact Free State Firearms, LLC directly. Multiple orders to one location will require written approval from Free State Firearms, LLC and will not be allowed without explicit written confirmation.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm in the locality in which the customer resides. By purchasing the Sentry firearm a customer is representing to Free State Firearms, LLC that they understand applicable laws and are legally authorized to own a firearm.
REFUND POLICY. Refunds are considered on an individual basis.
Until a customer receives a Final Order Confirmation Free State Firearms, LLC may cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. Free State Firearms, LLC WILL NOT SHIP A SENTRY FIREARM UNTIL IT VALIDATES A FFL TRANSFEREE. Free State Firearms, LLC cannot ship firearms directly to customers.
FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY. Free State Firearms, LLC will only ship to a valid FFL Dealer. Free State Firearms, LLC will contact customers after an order is placed to arrange for shipment to a valid FFL Dealer. Firearms cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or directly to a customer.
If you order a Sentry firearm, YOU MUST be:
1. A legal resident of the state in which you are ordering.
2. 21 years of age or older to complete the transfer through your FFL.
When picking up their purchase, customers will need to complete a background check administered by their FFL Transferee. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm in the locality in which the customer resides. By purchasing the Sentry firearm a customer is representing to Free State Firearms, LLC that they understand applicable laws and are legally authorized to own a firearm.
Shipping Restrictions. Free State Firearms, LLC will not ship to certain states regardless of exceptions or exemptions that may otherwise apply. Currently Free State Firearms, LLC will ship to all states in the United States EXCEPT California; we will not sell to or ship to an FFL in the state of California. All firearm sales are subject to review and cancellation. These terms are subject to change without notice.
